In addition, you can also meet painters Sue Krzyston and Kimberly Beck, who will demonstrate their talents in the gallery. Sue Krzyston is renowned for her exquisitely detailed Southwestern Still Life paintings, and Kimberly Beck is known for her brilliant gold leaf paintings of Southwestern birds and animals. David Drummond employs a great sensitivity to light in his watercolor painting. Formerly a scientist who explored light, he utilizes his scientific background to inform his creative process in capturing natural landscapes. Spending time on the waters of Lake Powell in Nevada, he often captures the images in situ, painting the intense colors of the red rocks set against the blue skies and water.
